JYJ's Junsu to turns into 'Dracula' for a new musical

Junsu is going to be a vampire in his next musical.

On May 7th, OD Musical Company announced that Junsu has been chosen as the protagonist for the new musical "Dracula" along with Ryu Jung Han who has been double casted for the role". It was said that Junsu accepted the offer to star in the musical without any hesitation after reading the script and music.

"Dracula" is based on the same name novel which was published in 1987 by Bram Stoker. Its musical was premiered at Broadway in 2004 and has been performed in various countries such as Sweden, Japan, England, Canada. A rep from OD Musical Company also said that after watching many of his previous works, they thought with Junsu's melodious voice and masculine charm, he will perfectly portrait as a romantic vampire who is deeply fallen in love with a woman. They are also confident with with Junsu's talent he will be able to showcase more of his charm through this musical that many people have never seen before.

Musical "Dracula" will take place at Seoul Arts Center's Opera Theater from July 17th - September 5th.
