100% is returning with a release of their 2nd mini album, 'Heart is Racing' on March 17th. They going to stage a performance on 'M!Countdown' on March 13th. 100% will do its promotion as a five-member group. Leader Minwoo entered their mandatory military service, while maknae Sanghoon left the group.
