Ji Hyun Woo and IU are in talk to star in KBS's new drama 'Trot Lovers'

Ji Hyun Woo and IU were said to star as the male and female lead in KBS' upcoming drama "Trot Lovers".

Regarding this infor, Ji Hyun Woo's agency said,"Ji Hyun Woo is currently reviewing the offer with a positive mindset","Nothing has been confirmed yet, everything will be decided after his discharge on May 6th"

For IU, her agency also said,"It's true that IU is one of the candidates for the female lead role, but nothing has been decided yet"

"Trot Lovers" is about a genius musician named Jang Jun Hyun who met and fell in love with a girl in her 20s who has a talent for singing trot and he will help her to become a trot singer. The drama is set to be broadcast in mid-June.
